For Flour Power, I conducted a thorough review of the existing feed, identifying patterns and translating my observations into actionable areas of improvement for the interns managing the account. A key finding was that posts were overloaded with text, diluting their visual impact. I established a clear creative objective, be more intentional with design, space out information across carousel slides rather than cramming it into a single frame, and created a redesigned before-and-after example to illustrate the difference. I then presented these recommendations directly to the intern team, walking them through the reasoning behind each change to ensure they could apply the principles independently moving forward.
