Club Pilates — Story Strategy & Workflow Redesign, '26
Building on my research findings, I identified a core issue in our existing workflow: we were creating story templates for interns to swap in their own studio photos, but the data showed that the best-performing stories prioritized photography first with minimal text, the opposite of a template-heavy approach. I proposed a content-guided workflow to replace the old system. This included developing a story style guide, creating prompts instead of rigid templates to encourage more authentic content, and redefining the intern role to put greater emphasis on research and observation before designing. The result was a more flexible, insight-driven process that aligned the team's output with what was actually resonating with audiences.
